The staff from check-in to discharge was friendly, polite, and professional.
The waiting area is the nicest I've seen at a hospital. You can either have privacy or lean back to sleep a little in those high back chairs. Plus some are grouped together for a family to sit together. Very comfortable setting. The nurse or helper is prompt to come get the patient and they are friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone was so nice and my procedure went perfectly.

I was seen promptly after checking in. The staff all around was friendly. The nurses showed concern for my well being and I am feeling better with the medication.
The staff greeted me upon arrival and was very prepared for my arrival. Check-in was efficient and the waiting room was spectacular. I wouldn't normally mention that but it was so warm and comfy!! Every nurse or assistant introduced themselves and was kind, friendly, and very good at their jobs. The facility was clean and I felt my privacy was respected.
The nurse who saw me in the labor and delivery in the midnight was rude.

We had a bad experience at the location in Plano where my husband spent six days with kidney stone. When discharged he needed X-ray and day surgery and we’re sent to Frisco location by doctor where they had state of the art of what he would need. I would recommend it to everyone if needing a great hospital.
There was no waiting. I was seen immediately which was welcomed as I was in significant pain.
