When I arrived the ER, I was equipped with my symptoms captured in my phone notes. When I tried to give my symptoms to the Dr. He dismissed me by calling me “sweetie” and diagnosed me with anxiety after being in the room less than a minute. I was given “pain” meds that completely and immediately knocked me out where I wasn’t able to communicate or ask questions. I was then sent home. No CT Scan, no MRI… just too much narcotic and a lazy “diagnosis” of anxiety.
I was experiencing MIGRAINES. I was not ok to be released to go home. I needed more attentiveness to my symptoms and a Dr who wasn’t dismissive. I would NEVER return to this hospital and I plan to file a formal complaint against the ER doctor immediately.
omgosh!! Where do I start? First of all, I love love love that every time I have been to the Star Urgent Care, I've been seen almost immediately. The confidence of the team gives me comfort and I feel SO cared for. I will go out of my way to go to the Star Urgent Care.

The emergency room physician failed to address my concerns of cancer. Only basic lab tests, an xray and ultrasound were done. None of my results are in the portal. I have no access to anything that was done that night.
Very professional, clean, and good meal plans.
I never received any samples/ supplies from hospital for baby. It would be great for a new parents to get normally a samples kit and it is done by all the reputed hospitals. It is very very cheap to hear from hospital that what ever you have left take it from there from baby crib it’s is not much a shampoo and few left dipera.

Baylor Urgent Care at the Star is a lifesaver!! From start to finish it was so easy & fast! Clean & so professional, I am so thankful Frisco has this urgent care center that takes most insurances including Medicare.

We were frustrated by the communication surrounding the need to supplement with formula: we were not given the opportunity to pump first (even after making the request). And formula was essentially given without consent.
