Christie, the tech. I felt extremely uncomfortable with her being present while I was delivering. Tech never engaged and seemed to be frustrated that she even had to be present.
Financial department - lack of proper communication with patients who are already in a very vulnerable state. It would also be helpful if scheduling and billing somehow coordinated together so that everyone could be on the same page. Being told that no one knew I was delivering there by billing department was extremely confusing and disappointing as scheduling had just confirmed my delivery a few days prior and informed that they were waiting for me when I called on the day of delivery to notify that I would be running late due yo traffic. Please improve this.
Medications - I was not sure at one point about which medications were scheduled and which medications I needed to request. Receiving medications on time seemed to depend on which nurse was working a particular shift. This could easily be deemed as patient neglect.
Staff at the nurse’s station - “Can I help you?” I could not remember if I was at a fast food restaurant or Baylor.
Despite my concerns, I am extremely grateful for Dr. Vu delivering on behalf of Dr. Bradley, Dr. Harmonn, Brenda, RN, Olivia, RN, Mariah, RN, the other nursery RN, and my first RN on the recovery floor.
I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room and greeted well by the staff.
They were very good
The nurses and clinical staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and great bed side manner.
Everyone of the staff was attentive and courteous and thorough. They all seemed to genuinely care and were very professional and accommodating. I will definitely use this facility in the future! Had no idea they were located there.

The facility is very clean, all the hospital staff (nurses, room service, and housekeeping) were so kind and attentive to our needs. We felt very comfortable asking questions and supported through labor, delivery, and recovery.

All of the nurses are incredible! We asked to be discharged as early as possible so we could get home to our other two kids, and the nurses did everything they could to make it happen for us. We are so thankful for such a great team to help us through another delivery!

Very attentive & nice
I cannot express beyond words how happy I am with the care I received at this hospital. From getting to the ER until discharge everyone has been so wonderful and making sure I was doing ok along with my babies. I would like to thank RNs Adam, Emily, Dawn, Rachel, Terra, Carla, Ashleigh and Eleanor. Dr Vu, De Edwards Key and Dr Trousdale for taking care of me. Please forgive me if I missed any. I am really happy that I work for such a wonderful facility where your treated like family. I am thankful to have such a wonderful coworkers and work family.
