I was there for a medical procedure and from the moment I got there to the lady at the front desk the experience one of professionalism and care.
I got to know the team in charged of my care before the procedure, that was positive and a great detail that released me of my stress. Post care was great too. The staff treated me with great. I hope I don’t have to be back soon, but would chose the same Team again if I needed too.

Everything was absolutely perfect, the nurses are so sweet and professional all the staff was kind and warm. Dr Roger is amazing and all his crew! Love the location so close to my house and convenient.

The e.r. doctors are very patient oriented ..even called my specialist on a visit in the past when I had a kidney stone emergency visit. DR BROCKMAN saw me on my last visit. He was great and and very understanding that I was scared something serious could be happening. DR Brockman is very kind
And knew exactly what medicine to prescribe.

My L&D nurses were phenomenal - Anna and Jessica! They took such good care of me and made me feel comfortable. The rooms were super nice and the food service was great. We also loved the nursery and just had an overall really great experience!

The staff was attentive, they listened to all my concerns, and each person that I came in contact with was more than generous.

The staff were very polite and kind with me and there was no wait time at all.

If a patient stated their appointment time when they come in and you make them wait for 5 hours which was even over the time you show them scheduled for.
Very frustrating for the patient, even if the doctors office gave the incorrect time. An effort should have been made by the surgical intake personnel to work the patient in, and, do it - not just say it
I felt like the post op nurse Amy and the nurse Chelsey were very kind. Amy especially saw to my needs right away. Also the anesthesiologist made me feel comfortable and at ease.
I even forgot how long I had been waiting.
