Friendly and clean
Everyone I met at BS&W were professional and helpful, respectful and kind. If you have to go to a hospital I recommend Baylor Scott & White Frisco.

The staff is courteous. This is at all times. Very organized; from registration, to wheel chair assistance to your car. This hospital sets the bar for all hospitals.

Wonderful facility, everyone I came into contact with there seemed very happy to be doing what they were doing, with the exception of my anesthesiologist. He was cranky and seemed to be having a bad day. My previous anesthesiologist last April was really awesome.

Very nice and helpful. Will be sure to let my family know this would be a good place to go for Urgent Care. Unsure if my mom could go since there was a sign that they do not bill supplemental insurance (she is on traditional Medicare with supplemental).
Very nice and caring staff everyone we met had excellent patient care. Some people in particular that stood out were Glenn, Christy and Emily RN.

Drs were all great. I got a call from business office last week everything is set and covered. 530pm before day of surgery, got a phone call that hosp doesn't take high deductible insurance (that they overlooked) and that I owe $5k the day of surgery!!! I used to have a $3k deductible and they covered 100 % of my surgery. I can understand more if they require me to pay $2k or less. I've worked at this hospital 21 + years and never had to pay, for all my needed surgeries. My bunion was so bad, Dr Taylor said I waited 7 yrs too long I required 3 screws and a plate!! Please check on these for me as I am still paying for my mastectomy Dr's bills !!
