Very pleased with care given at ER. Second time to use your ER and it's now our first choice.
Registration at the front desk was fast and efficient. I was taken back to the prep area quickly and my prep started. The nurses were all very nice and helpful and kept me posted about my surgery and kept things moving.

It’s all ways easy to get into see the Dr. I feel I am getting the best care possible. Everyone from check in to seeing the doctor is very nice and caring. Would and do go there before I would go anywhere else.

The doctor was very nice. The first nurse who brought me to my room kept cutting me off. I couldn't get a word in. I didn't get a copy of my x-ray I had to solely rely on heresay.
Marty was very nice person (duty nurse) and took care of me well. People like Marty makes things better. Way to go sir.

Make sure at discharge all things are communicated for recovery like when a nerve block will wear off. I ended up calling my Dr the next day because I couldn’t move or feel my toes. It May just be easier to tell the person that came with you for sure. Before you go back to get the block and have surgery. I was just very concerned 12 hours after recovery I still didn’t feel my toes nor could I move them and I could when I left the hospital. Come to find out I was given another nerve block at the surgery for pain and it hadn’t taken fully effect by the time I left the hospital. I feel this is maybe the responsibility of the anesthesiologist to make sure you know. I feel most have been slaking in communication. I use to get a call the day before from them. They also seem a little arrogant when you do see them. Maybe over all the anthologist need to work on patient communication and bedside manner.
Overall everything was good and care was very good. I was just worried for a reason that could be avoided.

Doctor Burleson and all his staff. The hospital if very nice and very clean. They are caring and efficient at the same time which is rare these days.
We are grateful for them all.
Only thing to make better is that the day/night before surgery they told us each that someone would call from the surgery center to check on our prep process and see if we had any questions or issues. Each time with both of our surgeries "No one" called."
We really could have used advise each time.
