Stairvators are very reliable and simple to operate with safety features to protect you before and during operation. Office and product maintenance personnel are helpfull, polite, and knowledgeable. These products and the staff have helped us to maintain a healthy environment in our home.
I like the stair lift a lot. Service was great when I got it. It had to be altered to fit my narrow, steep steps. My first annual tune up was done, which I greatly appreciated all the employees I have worked with. AOK! Only drawback I've experienced is getting big stuff and guests around the unit, which is only the fault of my old house!
