Customer service is really great. They’ve been very responsive with questions regarding my chair. The product is very good, and I really like my chair, the only con I have is that the chair only had one(1) speed. There really should be a least a two notch up in speed. I’m only 78 years young, but need the chair just not so slow.

Nathan was very helpful. He answered all our questions and made suggestions based on our circumstances. The chair we ended up purchasing is wonderful. It allows my mom to use her basement, which is something she hasn't been able to do for a while. The installer was courteous. He explained everything to my mom so she could understand how to use the chair. If you have any reservations about Arrow Lift or stair lift chairs, know that you shouldn't. These are life-changing.

Good product presentation from Charlie. Great to be able to go into the showroom and see the two models Arrow lift cells and actually use the working models. Once the chairlift was received from the manufacturer, it was installed quickly. We are very happy with the product and Charlie's customer service.
