I had an Arrow Lift chair installed going up from the entry way to the main floor at home. The chair works well and helps me to get up and down easily. Ever 3 years the batteries have to be replaced and paid for at the time of service. The technicians that come to do annual maintenance and replace batteries are always very professional and helpful. They do a good job cleaning and maintaining the lift chair. I can usually get an appointment for service within 3-7 days, and the scheduling department personnel are always helpful and pleasant,
