You service person, Mike Flood, is extremely methodical and thorough in his 6-month check. He is also respectful of our home, removes his shoes to protect the wood floor and carefully places his tool bag without scratching anything. When we have had mechanical ir electrical issues he has quickly returned our elevator to service.

The Arrow Lift is a top-notch and very dependable product. It has made my life so much easier. My Arrow Lift has had no issues since its installation a year ago. However, since it is a mechanical and electrical machine it could have a problem down-the-road. For that reason I purchased a maintenance plan to give me peace-of-mind should something break. The plan includes a yearly visit to my house by one of Arrow Lift's trained, professional technicians to verify all operating functions are still well within established tolerances. They also clean and grease the rail system. Everything they do is designed around making sure my Arrow Lift will last for many years to come. Thanks ...

The Arrow Lift has made a life changing difference for me! I was having terrible back, hip and knee pain. It was very difficult for me to go upstairs(12 stairs) to get to our bedroom. After having the Arrow Lift installed (the straight one), I only have 3 stairs to get up! Three versus twelve is so much better!!! The Arrow Lift has paid for itself over and over!!! I would like to add that the staff is incredibly helpful and nice!!
