Excellent co-ordination, product knowledge, set-up and knowledge of the product. Looked like a large puzzle on the floor but Hunter put it together with precision and had it inspected by the state. Took only 10 minutes for the inspection. Amazing co-ordination. I love it!!!

The second tech that came to fix the squeak in our chair lift was knowledgeable and went out of his way to get what was needed to fix the issue. The first tech was obviously new, did not have what was required, and spent most of his time on the phone asking what to do next. The second tech - and techs who have done maintenance previously - have done very good work. The chair itself is still working nicely, many years after purchase, due to the maintenance work each year.

Love the chair lift---opened up my second floor. Installation was timely and professional.
Because of this stair lift, I am able to continue to reside in my house and have no fear of
falling using the stairs to get to the basement for laundry and other necessities. Highly recommend this product.
