Having the elevator is great. The people in the service department are great and easy to work with. I have to say the installation process was painful.

I bought a previously own unit [actually 2 for a split entry] and have had issuers only with the unit with a folding track to the lower level as it has to be on the upper part of the track to charge and sometimes we forget to run it back up to charge.
I have been a lifelong tinkered but these a complex units that have a lot of safety feature and without an operations schematic it is hard to do more than basic repairs. The service people are
