Took IF bike in that wasn t shifting properly. WP installed a new chain and made adjustments. I received my bike in timely fashion. Went out for a ride and it was like I was on a new bike - sweet!

I shopped in the Kerrisdale West Point cycle store and found both the counter staff and technical staff to be most informative, knowledgeable, pleasant and a keen attitude.
It was also getting towards the end of the day but they never showed any tiredness when talking about the bikes and equipment in answer to my questions ... I had to reluctantly leave, but was more enlightened than when I stepped in.

What do you like about our products and services?

Always helpful and informative. No pressure sales. Great service on the two bikes I’ve bought in the last four years and on my thirty year old bike I was riding up to that point. Chelsea and all the staff are great and I’ve been in customer service for more than thirty years so I know what I’m talking about.
