Tim listened to what we were looking for in a bike. He walked us through our options and helped us narrow down the choices without being "the pushy salesman". He helped my son with a couple of test drives and eventually our son landed on the bike he wanted. Tim was professional throughout. I was is a time crunch to find an item most ships wouldn’t have in stock before leaving on a trip. I saw on-line West Point had it. I called and was told it was in the store. I did the online purchase and it went out that afternoon. It even showed up a day earlier than the courier service estimated. The assessment t of our two bikes was thorough and it was evident that the technician was very Knowles able. They were very engaging, explained everything and even told us the cost of each service and any parts costs. Overall an excellent experience, the bikes are much improved from the service, expectations achieved and surpassed. This is why your bike shop has been our go to for our bikes and when our 20 and 24 year old children were kids. We’re glad you’re in our neighborhood.
