My bike was given a thorough examination when I brought it in and all problems were clearly explained. Also, the bike was ready sooner than I was told it would be. The person who I dealt with (Phil) seemed extremely knowledgeable.

This is my "go to"cycling shop. Their Trek product is great but the staff are the best and that is what makes the difference. When I go to Westpoint I am known and dealt with by knowledgeable staff. It is like meeting with switched on cycling friends.

Tim, Sara and everyone else who works at West Point Cycles is so kind and helpful! They helped us find the perfect bike for our daughter, they put it together and made the whole process super smooth! Their bikes also come with an amazing warranty package. I would highly recommend them to anyone :)
