The assessment t of our two bikes was thorough and it was evident that the technician was very Knowles able. They were very engaging, explained everything and even told us the cost of each service and any parts costs. Overall an excellent experience, the bikes are much improved from the service, expectations achieved and surpassed. This is why your bike shop has been our go to for our bikes and when our 20 and 24 year old children were kids. We’re glad you’re in our neighborhood.

I don't always shop the brands that West Point carries but when I do, it's the service that makes it a 10. The staff in-store and online (including Instagram) are friendly, knowledgable and in some cases, have gone out of their way to help with a problem.
