I liked the quick and easy online ordering process on your website, quick response on my online order and using a good shipping option. It was lovely to see the nice little "Thanks" and "Happy riding" messages written on my invoice receipt. Also it was a very sweet gesture to send a chocolate as a gift inside the box, I really liked it although the chocolate was melted in high temperature and when I opened the box, the melted chocolate was all over every thing ðŸ¤
Anyway, thanks to your kind sales person for the lovely messages and quick response.

WPC staff were approachable and knowledgeable about the pannier products in the store and showed me features I didn't ask about. I appreciated that the staff were respectful of my inexperience. I've only recently began riding a bike again after many, many years and I felt encouraged by my experience at WPC.

FAST and friendly. And honest (i.e. I came in to get a bike serviced, they looked at it and determined a servicing wasn't needed. Just a clean up and a new tube). In and out in 45 minutes. Which gave me the time and money to buy a new helmet.

After contacting about shipping for the Brompton C Line Explore. Andrew made my concerns about shipping practically disappear. Also even trying to have it so my bike will arrive on my preferred date.
