Website was good and easy to find what I was looking for. It was in stock at the location it said it would be. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. They were happy to let me look around but responsive when I had questions.

I’ve always been treated well and beyond. I’ve bought my bikes here before and there is nothing they won’t do to help in any situation and their patience is amazing. Trust me I wasn’t the easiest customer to finally find be happy with my new E-bike. Yes they might be busy but understandable so.
