The team was super responsive from the first call to a couple follow up emails afterwards. When I arrived at the store to test the bike, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They walked through everything I would need to know or need to have to be safely equipped for my first ride.

From initial contact, to repair, and then to pick-up, the staff went above and beyond to help me. Everyone was professional and courteous, but more than that, incredibly kind. In April, during the sociatal "self quarantine" stages of COVID ... I called your store to find out if I could order a bike helmet I saw on-line for my 2 grandson's birthdays.

I was not able to see these helmets in person so calling and viewing products on-line was the only option.
