The staff were very friendly and have great attention to detail. They made sure I was aware of all of my options for tune up/repair and what was absolutely necessary at this time and what I could hold off on fixing if I needed to. They also completed the tune up so quickly so I was ready to get back on the road! My bike is now riding so much better.

And yes, their staff knowledge and skill is truly impressive. But the welcoming, kind, caring and patient level of attention was beyond any shopping experience I've had in a long time. They worked hard to adjust and adapt a bike for the perfect fit and comfortable ride. They seemed as genuinely happy with the outcome as I am! I highly recommend the team at Trek.

Great people, walked through my new bike very thoroughly and were super helpful

I emailed earlier this week about purchasing a bike from Trek and also from a competitor. Trek Kingston provided timely feedback for my inquiries and were very helpful in explaining the differences between the bikes that I was looking at purchasing.

Following my inquiry, Beth was able to set me up for a test ride… even though it was raining. With her help I was able to decide the best bike that fit my need. She further ensured that the bike was sized properly for me.

Upon purchasing the Trek bike Beth further explained the features of the bike, and she took the time to properly register my new ride for warranty and theft tracing purposes. I am very impressed with her kindness, and attention to the customer’s needs.

I would absolutely recommend her and the Kingston Trek store as the place to shop!
