Personal level of attention, took the time to explain the pros and cons of each bike that I was looking at (Mike, Leanne and Ash), personal bike fitting and explanation of how to maintain my new bike with disk brakes (Beth). All staff were willing to help and ultimately I found the bike that best fit my needs. Great job on the part of all staff and setting my new bicycle up for winter inside training. Look forward to future dealings with the bike shop!

Someone greeted me almost as soon as I walked in the store, even though the store was pretty busy at the time.
They took the time to listen to what I was looking for before recommending a model.
Once I settled on a model and size, I was able to take the bike for a ride to make sure that it felt right to me
I was able to get all my questions answered during my visit.
They offered keeping the bike reserved for me for the rest of the day while I continued shopping around.
Once I went back to the store to complete the purchase, I was able to finish it without having to explain everything from scratch, but just providing the quote.
While the mechanic was setting up the bike, I was given all the information regarding my new bike (service, warranty, recommended maintenance, anti-theft program).
I never felt that they were trying to add unnecessary items/accessories.
Every single person that I dealt with was very kind and respectful.
After taking the bike for some rides, I have just loved how smooth it rides.

This is my go-to bike shop for great service and products. And I love the convenience of the new location!
