This place is amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I’m from Ottawa, but I’ll take any excuse to make the trip to Trek Kingston for bikes and gear.

I’m going to keep this short to avoid the TLDR. But, I could write a whole page on this place. If you're in the area (or even if you're not), it’s worth the visit!

Trek has knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had my bike tuned up and they didn’t try to upsell me.

Service was prompt and friendly. They staff gave me good advice and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold which I am so tired of. I live in the neighborhood so your location is also super convenient.

You had the product that most other shops did not and you were very quick getting it sent out to me.

The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. The staff prepared my bike, installed everything quickly and cleaned it for me. They even helped me with the door when I was leaving with my new purchase. It will absolutely return for other products and services

One thing I am not sure of, I had my bike tuned up in late winter/early spring. I did not ride in March and my wife and were away from April 1 to the end of May. Then again most of May until mid July. I rode 14 times (average 40 kms per time) before I brought my bike in for service July 30th. You replaced the front brake pads.
I am not complaining about the pad replacement, but why was this not done in the late winter/early spring. I can not imagine 14 rides wore my pads from being okay to needing replacement.
And yes I will return for future servicing.

First visit at your new location! Nice to have the extra square footage. Service was friendly, polite and helpful. I brought my F2 in for a tuneup and after a brief inspection said that I probably needed a less higher grade tuneup than I thought ws needed. Very thoughtful of them so I bought a pair of riding gloves! Bike was ready in 48 hours.
