your store was a little hard to find, because the big sign was in a parking lot next door, and the street number on your front door was small... Beth was excellent, on the phone, gave me good info that saved us shipping charges, and when we came in, the accessories were installed promptly.
One little thing about the bike, your store decal is located at the bottom of the seat stem/pillar, it should be LOUD and PROUD at the top, in you're Face!

Trek obviously builds good bikes but it's all about relationships and people. When I walked into the store all 4 of the staff dropped what they were doing and all 4 of them helped me. They are a great team. We bought 2 mountain bikes there and I will recommend all my family and friends.

It was my first visit to Trek Bicycle Kingston, seeking a seasonal tuneup for my touring bike. It has some drive-train components not always found on many bikes, and they require less frequent servicing. TBK kindly lowered their tuneup package's price because of that, and did a superb servicing job. Highly recommended!

It’s no secret that Trek makes some of the best bikes available, but it’s still a significant purchase so I shopped around. I was looking for deals and I also wanted to ensure I got the best bike for me. What I found at Trek Kingston, I have to be honest, surprised me. Warm, friendly and knowledgeable only begin to describe the staff there. After a brief conversation about how I planned to use my new bike, they suggested a specific model and a couple potential trim levels. They then set me up on a similar bike for a “test drive” and sizing. About 2 weeks later, I’d weighed all my options and decided the Trek SL6 AXS was the one for me. We placed the order and a week later, I was back at the store to pick it up. And again, I was surprised. They’d already made the sale, but the incredible customer service continued. The owner and head mechanic took the time to review some extra features and maintenance items, plus they provided me with some guidance with online registration. And finally, they insisted on helping me load the bike, safe and clean, into my vehicle. Huge shout out to all of the staff at Trek Kingston. Thank you!
