I purchased a used bike and they made sure that the bike was in perfect running condition before releasing it to me. In fact when I showed up at the scheduled time to pick up the bike, they were changing the slightly worn pads on the disk brakes.
Staff were not only very knowledgeable but super friendly.

The people at Trek Kingston are like family. I am greeted very warmly and cordially by everyone there. As well they are helpful and attentive to my purchasing and repair issues. My bike was repaired in a timely fashion. As well they had some helpful hints so the bike would not need the same kind of repairs in the future. Couldn't be happier with my original purchase and the reliability of my Trek bike.
