I only just brought my bide in for a tune up...I have a summer place in Tichbourne and I stumbled upon the store. They were so very friendly and welcoming and I was beyond speechless! Then I had to question why I felt this way. It is hard to find places of retail that feel that this is important. Keep on being fabulous! I have and will continue to reccomend you :)

I like the warranty, the durability of the bike and products you sell, the Military Discount, the great cx service, both sales and service, the communication of when products are in and ready to be picked up, the fact that I did not need to register the bike incase it was lost/stolen.
