Very impressed with the service and knowledge. The bike fitting was done to a very high standard and I am so looking forward to getting out for a ride. If my next bike was to be a trek I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to the Kingston location.
I do feel that trek have some amazing bikes and a lot to offer the public. My only complaint and it’s minor is the parking. But when you consider that it’s a down town location it can’t be helped.
And if you time it right then the parking isn’t an issue.
I wish all the members of trek (Kingston) well and I have no doubt that they will see me again

We love your services and products and appreciate everything about you but I do have a suggestion. We took advantage of the spring clean up for our bikes which was $50.00 off however when we paid the bill you took the $50.00 off the total bill including the tax which really is not how it should be done. You may want to change that aspect of the special. Bike is working beautifully!

Regretfully did not get her name, but I called to ask for recommendations on getting new pedals and shoes for my spin bike so I could clip in. I was super confused with what I needed and the employee I spoke with was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. She processed my order over the phone and I came to pick it up a few hours later. I appreciated how even though we are in a green zone, the store was obviously taking covid extremely seriously.
