I have been shopping at Trek Bicycle Kingston (under one name or another) for more than 20 years. It is the quality of the products and the solid underlying sincerity of the customer service which keeps me returning.

I first noticed it when I was buying a saddle for a used Trek I already owned. Based on information and discussion and advice from the owner, I finally selected one which I thought would work for me. The owner installed it and told me to go and ride with it for at least a week because, as he said, you can't tell by riding to the corner and back if you are really comfortable with a saddle!

Staff were friendly and courteous. They had a good selection of products for reasonable prices, especially for a smaller business.

The products sold at the TREK Bicycle Store in Kingston, Ontario are top notch and high end. Services were above and beyond services at other bicycle stores in our area. I couldn't be more satisfied from start to finish of my purchase. My requirements were not simple. I needed special
attention to the height, of seat and handlebars. I have a bad hip and problems with my left ankle due to having breakage of my ankle that required two plates and ten screws in in and I can't manipulate it to height to put my leg over to get started or stopped. The staff worked with me until we had a model that fit and addressed my concerns. I couldn't have been more pleased anywhere else I had been looking.

I just love the bicycle I was fitted for. It is perfect and staff met all my challenges. I feel confident and safe riding my new bicycle. Thank you everyone at the TREK store. I would highly recommend their services from start to finish. Thank you. Name removed

We have spoken to many professionals on the phone prior to buying the new bike and received outstanding service from everyone. "New bike day" pick up was effortless and we left feeling like we knew lots about the new bike from Beth! The store was hoping with activity. Now about the quality of the new bike: Trek Dual Sport is a wonderful upgrade from kids to small adult. My daughter (and myself) will love the new ride for years to come.
