The only thing that would be helpful (ironically, in some respects) would be short-term drop-off parking (e.g., behind the building?) - parking is limited and awkward, which will pose a challenge for those bringing their bikes in from afar, or bikes in a state of disrepair.

Beth and Leanne provided excellent care and support as I navigated this significant purchase. Beth took time to understand my needs, to explain the mechanics of the bike and make sure I was comfortable riding it. Leanne was in the background providing a cheering section! But there was no pressure; the concern was that I get the right bike for me. During my time in the shop, I witnessed a Trek crew that loved their bikes and loved their customers. It was a great experience!

That you actually have a customer service line (unlike Cannondale, for example), with knowledgeable people on the other end. This is important. Plus, you have a clear and to the point set of warranties , including a life time warranty on frame....nice. Again, by comparison, Cannondale, which had initially been my first choice, has so many qualifiers regarding how they might warrant a given warranty claim that I thought warranty was part of a script for Saturday Night Live.

Rapid turnaround time for bike tune-ups when booked via the online system; it took just over 24 hours. Excellent repairs, with both cost of parts & quality being taken into consideration. They walk you through what needs to done, with minimal pressure (upselling).
