You sell a wide range of top-of-the-line products as well as affordable options for those with simpler riding needs.
Buy a bike on Thursday it needed “set up” you said we will call sometime tomorrow after we are done that would have been Friday this is now Sunday at 7:20pm and still not a call guess a 600$ purchase from your store isn’t enough to get a phone call! I’ll just come tomorrow and get a refund and go to a shop that can deliver and appreciates people doing business with them

Great customer service
Eric answered the phone when I called during the pandemic, which was wonderful. He reserved the Trek bike that I asked about for two days & took the model off the on line ordering system so it would not get sold to another buyer. When I arrived from Columbus with my child to try the bike, he was working with another customer. This did not effect his courteous customer service and excellent ability to multi task as he expected our arrival & instead of making us wait, he immediately passed off the bike for my child to test drive. In addition, I had many questions regarding the bike & accessories & Eric had great patience & expertise. He kindly took the time to make sure my child had a helmet that fit correctly and more important to my child was the color, which became important to him too. Ha! Eric even installed the bike cage despite the constant flow of customers. He wasn't a bit frazzled. He even loaded the bike in the car for me. I appreciate the 15% discount on the accessories too. Mind you he was working the store solo. Eric handled all of the sales brilliantly! My child was so pleased with her new wheels that she stayed out late showing off to the neighbors & she actually got up before her 8:30 a.m. on line zoom meeting for school & she went out for a ride with her brother! Thank you Y NOT. This is such an awesome pick me up during this quarantine. Will definitely be back! p.s. I read on your website that you are renting bikes for free. That says volumes about your store!
The process was very quick and easy. I called to ask if they could install a kickstand on a bike that I planned on purchasing and when I got there to buy it they already had it done. Could not be happier with the service. Would recommend to anyone!

I found this shop while passing through Lexington Ohio. We were needing a little out-of-car break so we stopped in. Staff was extremely pleasant and friendly to chat with. Great selection of bikes and accessories. Bought a new jersey and ended up calling a month later and had a second jersey mailed to me. Great people to work with!
Highly recommend them and I will stop in again when I'm back in the area!
