I appreciate your knowledgeable but low pressure sales environment. The store has that small town feel but still carries top-notch merchandise - albeit not too much merchandise.

I really enjoy my new Trek Versa 2. I had no idea how much better this bike would be compared to my old Giant 1990’s bike. Staff were patient and helpful, and not pushy. Great experience. The military discount was much appreciated.
Both of the Y-Not Cycle shops that I visit are welcoming and helpful. I have been encouraged to test ride bikes before I buy. The Lexington shop is conveniently located for test rides and maintenance advice. Even when I wanted to buy a recumbent bike that wasn’t a Trek brand, the Lexington shop helped me find the model I wanted.
Once I purchased a Trek Verve+ bike, David at the Mount Vernon shop tweaked the seat and handlebars to make sure the bike fit me perfectly.
