I received excellent service on Sunday August 6th when I was at your store in Langley.
I was having problems inflating the tires on my new Ninebot Max electric scooter, so I was looking for an air pump or fitting that would allow me to inflate my tires without loosing air pressure as I was removing the pump hose from the air valve. I met with a salesperson when I first arrived who called on the service manager to try to help me out and he suggested that I bring my scooter in to make sure that I was buying exactly what I needed. When I returned with my scooter the service manager assigned one of his service technicians who helped me to solve the problem and select an air pump with the correct adapter to properly inflate my tires. The icing on the cake was the fact that the air pump was on sale. I was very impressed with the great service I got and will certainly recommend West Point Cycles to friends and family.

Staff was super friendly. Even though they were busy they made sure to take care of my son and I . Bought a bike for my son and decided to purchase a bike rack for my car. Manager even came out and set it. Not many places around lately that provide a hello let alone help you out.definitely already looking to upgrade my personal bike and will be back. Thanks
