I am so impressed that both times I have needed repairs your shop had the items in stock. Both repairs were also done in one or two days which is outstanding service! Many shops quote a week at least which is too long to wait especially in the summer when the weather is good. Thank you for stocking such a variety of parts (XT and XTR) and providing excellent customer service at a fair price!
We really love the two bicycles you sold us which bring us lots of joy. But there is more than that. The important point is the people we meet in the shop. Yesterday we met four beyond David. They were Tony at the maintenance, Kevin, Angor (?) & a young lady whose name we still ignore, at the desk & they were all obviously willing to help. This is just great. The real success (wealth) is not so much in the product we enjoy.. but in the nice people we meet with pleasure. At least this is how we see it. We found what we were looking for on the website (a Brompton bike)but had a few questions. When we called the store the person that answered the phone was super friendly and helpful. Once I placed the order Sam called me to confirm shipping details and was very friendly and helpful.

Your service is outstanding. The staff are personable, patient, and help with any questions you have. They give you reasonable timelines on when your bike can be serviced and get back to you as soon at it is completed.
We are very impressed with the prompt, professional and friendly service recently received at your Kerrisdale location. Without an appointment I brought my Trek Verve in for some brake servicing and the staff dealt with it on the spot. As I had come in from Richmond I appreciated not having to leave my bike for pick-up at a later date.

Dave was amazing and very helpful, had a stolen front tire, he found a wheel, a tire, a tube and he didn't have the rotor i wanted so he offered to do a transfer which I was fine with. Then 45 minutes later i get an email saying my work order was done, called and Dave said yep, I found one for you here. I will definitely do more business with you guys in the future

I have had my bike serviced two times and each time they went over and fully explained the work that needed to be done and what the cost would be. The repairs were done quick and I was notified the bike was ready. All the fellows were excellent to deal with.
