I know when I go into the store that the products are fine, because everyone who works in the stores cares, so they wouldn’t be endorsing second rate products.
I have bought my last three bikes at West Point and have been satisfied each time, so that is why I return. The staff is friendly and interested in their customers. The last servicing and repairs I had done were fantastic and my bike is now considerably better and quieter on the trainer, and I assume outside, too, (once I move outdoors).
They responded to a phone call to clarify something, and remember their customers.

The mechanics are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They don't look for issues that aren't there and they listen to concerns I have and make adjustments that help make my rides better.

We made an appointment to bring our bikes in for service. When we arrived, we were promptly served. Our bikes were assessed and we received a clear estimate of the expected costs. Our bikes were ready the day they were scheduled and when we picked them up we were explained what was done and helped to take them home. Much thanks.

I sent my bike into service for OVERHAUL service package. which it basically means take the whole bike apart. clean and lube the whole thing , and adjust and service for what components need it. The bike mechanic did an amazing job, even went above and beyond when i mention something That i ask to be done was missed. Simple miscommunication between me and the store manager over the phone. No questions asked he simply did the repair. He was also kind enough to let pick his brain on what i needed to upgrade next. I could not be any happier which the service i got!
The maintenance team always takes the time to talk through the work that was done and what I need to pay attention to going forward. They go the extra mile to make sure I'm ready to have the best ride possible.
