The bike mechanic yesterday was extremely helpful. He was able to repair my flat tire in just 30 minutes so that I was still able to do an afternoon ride. The service was excellent and will definitely recommend West Point Cycle to my friends and family
Geoff and the WP team were very professional and fast with my bicycle repair. In addition to the initial problem that I brought the bike in for, he identified another issue and explained it to me in a way that was helpful and easy to understand. Get service in a clean and organized shop!

I have found the staff to be very helpful when deciding on a bike I have bought two in the past two years. The service department is friendly and helpful and they get the bike out on time as they promised. Often earlier that the stated time frame. I highly recommend Westpoint Cycle.

I like the Trek line line up. I have a checkpoint SL5 that I use for riding racing and commuting. My local Langley store (West Point Cycles) has great support. I recently had excellent professional service with one of their bike tech (Ethan). He was very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I love the very long history that West Point Cycles has; they are a staple in the Point Grey and Kitsilano neighbourhoods, very knowledgeable about all aspects of bikes and cycling, and they are reasonable in their pricing, always happy and willing to help. I trust them completely with my bike, and they always do a great servicing job. I just had regular servicing on my bike, including a chain replacement. All is working great!
I have already recommended them to friends, and recently my friend Gib McEwen called them when his electric bike would not start due to a battery in a handlebar fixture that he did not know was there and needed replacing. They solved the issue over the phone, and he was thrilled that it was so easily resolved. Thank you!
