These guys are professional, extremely knowledgeable and love biking! We recently purchased an Electra Cruiser 1 Step-Thru which is basic model by Trek, and they did not try to talk us into anything more expensive. Same thing with accessories - we purchased what we felt we needed with their suggestions. Just an easy atmosphere. We looked at Walmart first (best choice was $200 and the kickstand did not hold the bike up), then another local bike shop (no models with coaster brakes - they were sold out), and paid $400 for my bike and it is perfect for what we bought it for and rides like a dream! The whole experience was excellent, and I trust they will assist with great customer service if ever needed. Thank-you!

#AwesomeSauce! We walked in to the store with a bike we had brought down to Fort Myers with us when we moved here (We did not purchase the "used" bike at this location) at 4:15 pm. The on-site tech, John, took our bike from us, and immediately put it up on his "repair rack" and got to work, without delay. While we were waiting, and even though is was close to closing time, we asked the salesperson, Jeremy, if we could "browse" as we were also looking to purchase a new bike. Well. both John and Jeremy stayed a bit past closing (on a Friday afternoon, no less!), and we walked out with the original ("used") bike, in tip-top shape, and we picked out a new bike that John & Jeremy promised we could pick up, "ready to ride," the following morning. Needless to say, we were impressed with their friendliness, and willingness to assist us on BOTH a SERVICE and a SALES standpoint, despite the fact it was so close to "closing time" on a hot Friday afternoon. He gave a thorough explanation about what my problem was and how to prevent it in the future. After his mechanic work and swap of a few parts, my bike is riding better than ever!
