We are on a 3-year service plan and had our bikes picked up and returned the same day. Richard was very helpful in fixing any issue we had. Recommend the service plan given damage the salt air can do to bike gears!

I’ve known Ralph and Scott since I moved to Florida and bought my first Trek Madone. I’m older now so I traded my Madone for a Domane with carbon fiber wheels, electric shift and disc brakes. It’s the best bike I’ve ever owned! As for Ralph and Scott, who sold me the bike and serviced it over the past several years, they’re the best! They’re both bike enthusiasts and provide fast, friendly and reliable service. Thanks you guys!
