I went into the store at Coconut Point to purchase chain lubricant. The woman who greeted me help me find the lube and was so helpful and friendly. She could not have been nicer. I wish I could remover her name. It was noon on Saturday, February 14th.
I’ve had my bicycle serviced at this store also. Everyone goes above and beyond. When I decide to purchase a new bike I will go back to this store

Excellent service from the time I entered the store to exiting the store! I was greeted as I entered the store, asked me how I was and what could he help me with. I told him ( sorry but didn’t catch his name). Very polite and courteous! He introduced me to Wally and I told him my problems with my bike. He quickly pointed out that one of the rear sprockets was missing! I ended up having the whole rear cassette and chain replaced, adjusted the brakes, checked the spokes and was done in less than 20 mins! My shifting was as sooth as butter. Wally knows his business when it comes to repairing bike. I would highly recommend getting your bike serviced by Wally at the Trek Shop!

We love all four of our bikes. We have three Townies and one Trex.
I have bad balance problems and my left foot does not work. Both my Townie and Trex help me to ride safely and build strength. Also have fun riding.

My seat snapped in half.
John and his group worked nearly an hour and came up with a solution. John also recommended a few items to make my arms and hand more comfortable. He made me test it to make sure it worked for me.
I was surprised at the price…more than far.
I cannot thank them enough for helping me out.
