The team at Trek Bicycle Store of Sunrise is fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome, not pressured. The staff members Neil & the young lady who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable about different models, patiently answered all my (many!) questions, (since I am new to cycling) and helped me find the perfect bike for my needs. I can't wait to receive my bike. Unfortunately, the 1st one that was ordered was the correct size in reference to my height but in person for my short legs was not!! Nonetheless, Neil ordered my correct size & it arrives perfectly for my birthday! Thank you!!!!

We have ridden Trek bikes for 25 years including a cross country trip and have found them to be reliable along with the bontrager hard case tires. We currently have the Verve electric but previously had touring bikes.

We had some issues with the setup on one of our bikes (we purchased two). After this was brought to the store's attention the store manager Steven made a site visit to our home to verify all things were correctly set-up. Unfortunately after he left we discovered that the bike continued to have a couple of things that needed to be addressed. We stopped by the store to advise of these concerns and since we did not have a way to transport the bike back to the shop Steven agreed to come to the house once again to address these issues and take it for a test ride. This was done and the issues have been resolved. We appreciate the professional courtesy and attention that Steven gave to our concerns and would recommend Trek of Port Charlotte for your biking needs.
I simply needed an inner tube. My first step in the store prompted a very nice greeting and
with my response, by the time I got to the checkout counter, I had what I needed. I was in and out in under two minutes. As I left, the team thanked me by name. That was pure class.
