The people at the Estero store were great. Due to physical issues I needed to have my handle bars raised which required some "recabling" since the cables are internal to the frame. Chris also fixed a problem that developed after my annual bike maintenance at the south Naples store in that the chain would fall off and the bike would shift up and down while riding. To verify that fix he took the bike for a test ride and noticed the the brakes would squeal. I had it taken into the south Naples store to address the situation over a year ago. They blamed me for not properly conditioning the brakes (was not told that was needed) replaced the brake pads and said it was fixed. Within several days the squeal the back so I just learned to llive with it. They did not addreess that issue the next year during the annual maintenance. THANK YOU CHRIS...he fixed the problem!!!

Sorry for the delayed input but I had shoulder surgery
We stopped in to buy a few parts for my New to me /Used Trek FX3. We picked a new kick stand new mirror and new water bottle holder. The guy who helped us offered to put the parts in for no charge which was great because we were from out of the area and that really helped us a lot. That’s why we live Trek bicycles. No matter where you are in the country Trek is there to help Trek bike owners.Now if only I could remember his name. He had devilishly good looks ( He said he gets that compliment a lot) and had traveled a lot to South America. The guy with the tats sleeves etc he’s the best. Highly recommend this store and so far every Trek store we’ve visited. You’re doing something right at Trek keep it up.
