I’ve used them for my bike needs several times. I’m 79 and ride my bicycle daily for about 8 miles. Recently had a flat tire. Loaded up my bike and took it to them. He unloaded the bike for me and got my requests done so I could pick it up on the same day. Gave me a nice discount and did very professional work to include some extras that were needed that I wasn’t even aware of. Very convenient location by Target. Loaded my bike up for me. I feel they are the best that a bike store has to offer and will continue with them for as long as I can ride.

I brought my 10 year old Specialized bike in for a tune-up.
You guys did a quick estimate. Around $370.
It took 3 more days than you estimated... But read on...
You decided to not do all the estimated items.
You instead did a few extra things.
The end result was CHEAPER! than the original estimate.
My 10 year old Specialized Bike was as good as new.
I went out 2 days ago for a 15 mile ride. I call it "El Rio" ride thru FAU. I went faster... and was more comfortable...
And less money than estimated...

I brought my OLD Trek 3700 Mountain Bike in because the Shifter was not accessing all the Shifts. Thomas Hailstorm was an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept me informed of the progress on the Shifter repair. The Technician who repaired the shifter managed to keep the original parts keeping the integrity of the Bike which as the Badge on the front of the bike shows was manufactured in Waterloo Wisconsin. The Bike was returned in perfect running condition at a very reasonable price. I would recommend the TREK Bicycle Shop at 11581 Majestic Palms Blvd in Fort Myers for any Bike Repair. I give it My TOP rating because of their level of Skill and Listening to the Customer.Thank you so very much.

Your service was amazing! Went in for a flat tire repair expecting to drop off for a later pickup. I’m sure I looked a little surprised when he said it would be a few minutes. I said like how long? He said five minutes! Thinking to myself “I’ll bet”. Probably only took him 4 minutes! Great job!
