Quickly fixed our bike problem.
The staff there is great. I’m 80 years old and brought my bike there and they helped me get it out of the car and help me get it back in the car and we’re extremely nice about everything. Plus, they fixed our flat tire very quickly.

Great customer service from Nathan. Very courteous, knowledgeable, humble and patient. He repaired my old Trek bike and introduced me to a few ebike brands once he learned about my interest in having one. He also recommended ebike carriers that would be suitable for the various ebike brands we discussed. Store owner/manager was also very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure sales tactics. Loved the experience.

Jimbo at the store was extremely helpful and offered excellent suggestions for improving my bike riding experience.The other rep at the store was also helpful with explaining the features of a bike I was looking at for my wife and he showed me an attachment that I could add to my car's bike rack that would be able to accommodate the ladies' bike. I am completely satisfied with the quality of service at this location and would not hesitate to recommend it to any other bike enthusiasts.
They diagnosed my wheel cassette issues the first time ordered and installed the right parts. Now I’m back to riding my trek with no slippage. Plus price was fair and install quick.
