The bike itself is wonderful, a real pleasure to ride. The best part though is the customer service provided by the staff at the Boca Raton location. They are extremely knowledgeable and very responsive and courteous, whether its on the phone or in the store. The are also proactive in communicating pending support visits and general questions regarding product satisfaction.
I’m from way out of town BOSTON and these boys did everything they could to find the most random part and get my ebike rolling it was insane. Best trek shop in USA all shops should aspire but they won’t cause you know merica.

We were able to test ride bikes around the parking lot and side street. Jimmy answered all of our questions and helped fit us for the proper sized bike and helmets. Very easy and enjoyable buying experience!

Professional, friendly, efficient, customer oriented, great service. I’m speaking of the Port Charlotte location. I received very poor service at the Punta Gorda location. If you need any work done on your bike please take it to the Port Charlotte location ONLY. Night and day difference. I left a rare for me negative Google review for the Punta Gorda branch after receiving great customer service when they were Acme Bicycle under the previous owners and then treated very badly by the new people when bought out by Trek. To sum up then I absolutely love the work the Port Charlotte guys have done on both my Trek and my wifes Fuji bike. Both are high end expensive bikes. Doug & Nancy Lee, Punta GORDA, FL

My last visit to Trek Bicycle Store in Boynton Beach to repair my Bike was not a pleasant experience and I had vowed not to do business with that store again when I wrote a review. To my surprise I got a call from the Manager of the Store who was very kind and very understanding. He apologized for the experience I had and I thought that was very good customer service, reaching out to make things right. That to me speaks volume and I appreciate that. He even gave me a Store Credit. We had a good conversation and in the future if my bike needs repair I will be going back. Thank you.
