I went twice to Trek and had a great, friendly and efficient experience each time! I first went to buy a bike for a 50 mile bike ride I planned to do later this month after my old bike finally gave out. Terry was the man in charge and had great energy helping me learn about the different types of bikes and what each could do. He definitely sold me on my initial choice of the Marlin 5 and let me ride it around the lot to try it. My husband had a M/L which I thought would be better for me but once Terry heard and saw my height 5 foot 7, he assured me that the Medium was better. While waiting for it to get tuned up and ready to leave the store, he added a kickstand and water bottle holder that was the cool green that made my bike pop!! I picked the green black blue trek bike so it definitely coordinated and that water bottle holder saved me multiple times during my 50 mile ride as he said it would! Great add and recommendation!! My husband also got his bike from the store a few months ago and they gladly checked it over after hearing it fell off our platform while driving. (Nobody or nothing was harmed) That was very kind and made us feel better knowing his bike was all good to go for the 50 mile ride too! We also added a water bottle holder to his at that time too. I should add that this was all happening on a Sunday an hour to closing which even though they should have been checked out and ready to go… we did not feel rushed or ignored at all and it was the complete opposite as they made sure we got all the help we needed and bikes fully checked!! When cashing out Terry saved us some money by recommending the bike tire package that gives my tires a warranty for years and he let us know our bikes didn’t need an added bar to get on the bike rack as the bar is used for other bikes. He asked if we needed help getting out and setting up but we were good and left the store 5 minutes to closing with such a great experience!!!
Later that week I called the store if I could bring it in because my bike’s change of gear wouldn’t stop clicking and Terry gladly said bring it back and we’ll fix it!! No charge! I brought it after work which once again was closer to closing and both Terry and Aaron checked it over, rode it around and fixed it! Needless to say, when this was happening I bought some cool sunglasses (they had a lot to choose from in a stand) and on my 50 mile ride day my bike performed wonderfully! At this store there is friendly customer service no matter what time and they are bike professionals knowing what will help you enjoy your ride even more!
I should add that they tell you, you need to wear a helmet when riding the bike during the trial around the lot which I definitely agreed and felt well taken care of and safe as they provided it!
Trek bikes are great. I'm thinking about trying out your clothing too. The people you have working at the Boynton Beach location have been exceptional. I think Joel works in repairs, very helpful and explained everything. The two register people who have helped me have been very patient and also helpful. You've got a good team.

As for the Naples store (I tried twice there), well in my opinion you should fire the entire staff.
From an attempted purchase to terrible service, they s*^k. It was only after this that I went up to Coconut Point and discovered what a real bike shop should be like.
Hats off to Ryan and his staff. Ryan is a GREAT leader. And a great representative for Trek.

Hymie does an outstanding job in servicing my 9 year old Trek bike. He does exactly what needs to be done to keep it in top running condition, no more nor less. It is because of him that when I am ready to replace this bike, the first place I go will be the Boynton Beach Trek store.

Had my bike in for a #2 tune-up, when I got the bike home the gears were not engaged. Called the shop, told to bring it in and they would fix it for me. Took about 10-15 minutes to fix it and the bike is riding smoothly. Thanks for the service!
