Customer service. Mixup on what my carrier was. Got an email saying it was coming UPS. Showed delivery to my back door at 1030. Through a locked gate, 2 dogs, and me being home. Conversations with Jeff revealed its coming USPS. And it did. Appreciate Jeff figuring this out.
The entire experience at Trek South Naples was great. Alex was of great help in getting the right bike for me. No high pressure sales. This is the 3rd Trek bike I've purchased (two road bikes, and now an off-road bike) and I've been thrilled with the quality and the service of Trek.

OMG!! Where do I start! They are so nice and helpful when I brought my bike in for repair! I first went to another bike shop closer to my home and was told that they do not repair "department bought" bicycles! ( By the way, I purchased bike at a bike shop) I was so upset so I googled and found Trek. They answered the phone right away and told me to bring in the bike. The gentleman quoted a fair price ... fixed my bike within 2 hours AND put air in the tires AND properly adjusted the seat so my legs could touch the ground WITHOUT me asking him to!! I love TREK and highly recommend them to anyone needing bike repairs!!
Great service! Really kind employees -- Billy and Jeff helped me out and did a great job spotting the issues with my bike and fixing them right up.

The Trek bike I selected will meet my needs, and the benefits of the bike I selected were clearly explained to me as well. Took the time to listen to my questions and clearly explained their answers to me as well. Helped me select some additional items for the bike, including extended service programs.

Staff were cordial and helpful. Once again, the store is a bit small, and as a result, some of the accessories are lacking. The old setup was much nicer, albeit more expensive for the owners.
