I recently took my bike to Trek Bicycle Store of South Naples to fix a flat tire. They pointed out I had purchased a maintenance plan. Therefore, in addition to addressing the flat tire they also did an overall inspection. I had several additional issues that needed to be addressed. I appreciated the fact they took the time to research my account and point out the benefits of the maintenance plan. It saved me a lot of money. I was pleased with the overall service. The service was completed as scheduled, and the quality of work was good.
