Friendly and knowledgeable to patrons. High quality bikes and products. What stands out to me mostly is the friendly service. My Trek VR 2 is by far the best bike I've ever owned. Light weight and fast. Better than my Mongoose Expert that I had many years ago. The Trek store ordered a state of the art bike alarm for me. It is literally as loud as a car alarm. They went out of their way to hook up my alarm to my bike. Really cool that two of technicians bought a copy of my book titled IN Too Deep. Really made me feel good about my book. Hope it becomes a best seller. I hope Trek Bike store continues to thrive successfully in our community.

Prompt service on a tube replacement, great recommendation on the mirror (it works fantastically unlike the previous "cheap' mirror I had. They got me thinking about improving the lights on my bike. If I decide, I would definitely go back there. Helpful people are always appreciated.

Just went there 10 minutes before they were closing with a flat tire. John didn’t flinch, took the wheel, changed the tube in minutes. Then informed me about the lifetime flat program, I signed up on the spot. Great shop with great people!
