Service was excellent. Staff was polite, informative and treated me as a valued. The only gripe I have is I was billed an extra $60 resulting from a charge for Level 3 service when I had requested Level 2 service

I purchased a bike on June and love it. I brought my husband in this past weekend to look at bikes. I purchased a Trek with electric push and it fit my needs. Unfortunately, the older salesman we had kept pushing my husband to get a "traditional" men's bike...with the high mid bar. I kept saying, "he hasn't rode for years and at almost 70 a "step through" design would be better. He disagreed and I had to watch my husband try to swing his leg over the high mid bar and almost fall over. We left without buying a bike. Please look at customers to see how agile a possible customer is before insisting a male must have a traditional"men's" bike.. we are still looking
