Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who go above and beyond to provide great service. I was extremely impressed with the willingness to work on my used Piranello F10 Dogma bike. Extra effort was required to get this bike in good riding condition. Many thanks to John who worked on the bike for several hours doing a Level 3 maintenance service.
I needed my tire fixed. The Trex employee fixed it right then and there and explained to me why my tire was not holding air and how to prevent it in the future! 10 rating absolutely!!

Staff is always super pleasant and helpful. I was able to get spokes cut and ride the same day. I was able to pick up some sealant 10 minutes before closing time and ride that evening as well.

Staff was very knowledgable, they took a quick look at all parts of the bike as we were writing up the service order. Found a broken spoke I was not aware of.

Turnaround was fantastic, 3 days over a holiday weekend, they had parts instock.
