They are not a store that just sells bikes. They made sure I was purchasing the right bike and made adjustments to the height and handle bars so my ride was tailored for me.

Just assembled my Trek Domane SL 5 Gen 4. First ride tomorrow morning. The purchase and shipping were easy and flawless. UPS said they would deliver it today by 9:00 PM. OK, it didn't actually arrive until 9:04 PM, but I'll cut the poor guy, 20 of his coworkers having called out today and 60 more deliveries to do before he's required to quit at 11:00 PM, poor guy.

Knowledgeable staff
Did not have good success with online ordering and communication but in store service was excellent.
Our friend gave us his much-loved touring bike and TBS did a full, thorough service on the high-end brakes, gears, and everything worn. Jacob went over the work with me, and made sure I could fully tailor the seat and handle bars to fit the new owner. We are thrilled with the work quality. We've been customers since 2018 when our bikes were stolen and we looked for light weight but strong replacements we could carry up a flight of stairs. Trek Bicycle Stores has never disappointed.

My wife and I wanted to begin biking more and had heavier, older bicycles that we have donated and asking around from many friends, felt Trek bicycles were our best option. We did not feel high-pressured and were guided to the best bicycles we think will fit what we are looking for. We were also explained about future maintainance options and felt very comfortable with the overall sales process.
