I ordered a bike online and requested a pickup at the south Naples store. Rich called me from his store in Stuart where the online system directed my order? after he realized the internal error he followed up with the south Naples store to make sure I was taken care of. If I was on the east coast I would certainly make the Stuart store the place to buy my Trek. Thank you Rich.
When I bought my bike the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked for certain items for my bike and they took the time to grab these items for me and showing me and explaining them. Yesterday I brought my bike in for one of my service updates and it was quick and smooth. Explaining they would be doing one of my 6 services I have. I then asked for a red reflector light for my helmet. They grabbed the one and opened the box showing me how to turn it on and charge it. They showed how to put it on the helmet too. The Punta Gorda store is very professional and knowledgeable and they listen and explain, I had only one issue of the seat turning. They explained they would take care of it. Totally pleased with this store and the guys working there.
I was fortunate enough to deal with Johnny Flaherty, who took great care of me. I would recommend the south Naples store over the other two stores hands down. You will get taken care of.

They were able to repair my flat time in record time. They checked my bike and found I had some broken spikes. Called to see if I wanted them repaired. They kept me informed of what was happening. Did a good job. Bike looks good.
Our bikes hadn’t been used in a couple years , our service had expired by a few months - they honored our service request and I purchased another one - bikes were ready in 3 days / look like new and they helped me load them on my hitch bike rack!
