I came in for a couple bike accessories for my toddler - soooo definitely not the biggest purchase, haha. By the way Johnny treated me, you would’ve thought I was buying an expensive electric bike with all the bells and whistles - not a plastic basket and a bell. He even went out of his way to order what I needed as it wasn’t in stock, and remembered my name when I returned to pick it up. In this town, that is frankly very rare. I will always return here because of him, and I already told several friends about this place! Thank you, Johnny! :)

Good place to get trek bike fixed

The representative that waited on me taught me about the second hand Trek bike I had recently purchased as he serviced it. He also taught us about the different types of bike pumps. He was knowledgeable and had a somewhat comical personality that made our visit enjoyable. We intend to come back to the store because of the service he provided.
I bought an inexpensive helmet because it was recommended for the placement of a mirror. I offered to pay for the placement of the mirror, Mike spent a half an hour working mechanically to attach the mirror. The store refused to accept payment. Mike was the employee who took care of me. He and the complete staff are friendly and always helpful. Name removed
