Jimbo at the store was extremely helpful and offered excellent suggestions for improving my bike riding experience.The other rep at the store was also helpful with explaining the features of a bike I was looking at for my wife and he showed me an attachment that I could add to my car's bike rack that would be able to accommodate the ladies' bike.
