The products and after the sale service is good. I like the fact that there are multiple stores to choose from and if you can't find something in stock in one store you can usually find it in another store.

Everytime I go to the store I have had a fantastic experience. I brought my bike (now 15 yrs old) to the store twice for service and setting up for my trainer and the tech was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was not oversold things I didn’t need or want and my bike is like new. I would recommend this store to anyone with questions about buying a bike. Coming in for service no matter what brand or where it was purchased or just to look around and find new parts or tech. Top notch. I am so happy the store is there and will always go there first.

Great job adjustment about two months ago. I got new tires and tubes for my bicycle but they adjusted my gearing brakes and everything more than fair price. Great service friendly service too thanks so much.
