I have been using the Trek store in Fort Myers for about 6 years. Great service, friendly Proffessional staff. I just bought a Verve electric bike from them. The bike was at another shop, so they not only drove down to pick it up, but had it ready when I wanted to pick it up! As always great service and love the new bike.

There were several people standing around at the counter, but we didn’t have to wait long and Biz took good care of us, taking the time to understand our situation and working through the options for us with regard to the different inner tubes we needed. Your bike mechanic, Anthony. He was exceptional in working on my bike. His quick diagnosis, repair and ingenuity had my bike back to me quickly and running more smoothly than the previous two shops and the poor tuneups done previously. I can’t say enough good things about the exceptional young man.

Tony demonstrated that he was very knowledgeable about my tire needs. He mentioned the rear flat tire price and said the tire was falling apart. Since the front was the same age, I bought a front tire also. I appreciated that he worked on them quickly which allowed me to wait for job completion. I also appreciated him taking the bike out of the car and showing me how to get it back in so I could close the tailgate. A good experience overall!
