The team was super thorough in making a few changes to my bike as well as giving it a much needed tune up. Everything was explained to me prior to the work. I was very happy to see the work that had been done on it and I'm excited to get back to riding.
I wasn’t happy with the service I received on my Trek. The shifting issue that developed was still there when the bike came back. I was told in no uncertain terms that it’s adjusted properly. It shifted fine for the first 15 years I drove it. I do t know why it can’t be adjusted to shift the way it did earlier.
The two times that I have visited the store they were experiencing issues with their computers and payment system. This was a minor inconvenience because of the slow down. I had also received conflicting information about my order. When I called the store about ordering a new bike I was told a 10% down payment was required but in the store I was asked for a $100 down payment. The delivery dates also conflicted eachother instore vs. the phone call. Lastly, when I made the downpayment I only received a paper receipt of the $100. I was hoping for more of a confirmation that I had just ordered a new bike. I left the store with little confidence that I had actually ordered a new bike.

It took almost 9 months to receive my sons bike and when I did, the service person putting on the water bottle holder broke the mail. Now I have to bring the bike back and have that fixed. Terrible. He didn’t even offer anything except for me to be inconvenienced and bring it back. After spending over $700 on a bike. Next time I’ll go to another brand

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I picked up my bike following a tune up, I noticed my seat was too high and not secure. Staff took time to adjust it by tightening something that I wouldn't have known to do. Thank you

Great customer service and friendly staff
I brought my Trek Emonda in for a noisy bottom bracket. Jim the bicycle mechanic also said I should replace my stock shifting cables(two years old), and I’m glad he recommended that. Jim is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me when I picked up my bike the following day. Everyone at the store is very nice. Thanks again for the speedy service of my bike!

Let us know a few days before it will be finished. You can’t send a notice saying the bike is finished and start charging $20 a day for storage. We were on vacation when the message came in.

The store was under staffed. The young gentleman who was in the store was very good but he was swamped between walk ins and phone calls. I was there to pickup a bike I had bought a few weeks ago. I would have bought more accessories but there was no one to help me so I left and bought my items online from another vendor.
