When I was shopping for m bike and when I picked it up the guys who waited n me were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.
The cost to repair a cheap bike was not worth your cost ,i do heating and ac repair and are charges are cheaper them yours .
The employees are very responsive as soon as u walk in. Excellent knowledge and top mechanically as well
I came in looking for a bike no one else had in stock and they had one and assembled it while I waited. Very friendly and professional service.
Great service! Needed two bikes for my twin boys. Asked if I needed help seconds after walking into the store. Sized the boys and picked out bikes right away. Bikes were ready a for pick up 3 days sooner than expected. I would recommend this store. Thanks again!

He also managed my expectations. Told me that the Project 1 order delivery date was likely late July early August and it ended up arriving mid-March. A very nice surprise.
He set up the bike for me and told me to take it for a ride around the parking lot.
I did and it felt good. Afterwards he told me to ride it a bit on the trails and come back if any adjustments are needed.
Albin and the other guys at Naperville Trek were all very helpful, both in person at the store and on the phone.
I highly recommend these guys and the Trek products to anyone looking for a quality bike.
