Quality products and professional service.
The TREK Downers Grove store is where we purchased 3 bikes over the years. They are very helpful, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
Staff was very professional and work was completed sooner than estimated.
Great service at Trek, I brought my son's bike in with a rear tire flat and took it home fixed about 20 minutes later. Will definitely return if we have any issues.

I really like going into the Trek store in Naperville. The guys who work there really seem to enjoy their jobs and are always happy to talk about bikes and riding. Their product knowledge is outstanding and the customer service I have received is always top notch.

Good service. Got my bike assembled out of the box faster than expected, friendly personnel.
Friendly, knowledgable service. Have brought my bike in for a service expecting it to be dropped off and they took a few minutes to access and fix on the spot. I trust their mechanics and am looking forward to when they reopen bike fitting service. Covid has been tough on them and bikes are starting to come in.
I brought my bike in for routine yearly service. The team was polite and completed the service sooner than expected. It was a good experience.
