Each time I came in there were staff members unmasked helping customers. Being a frontline healthcare worker treating COVID patents this is really frustrating. If not for this I would rate a 10 as the employees that I did work with were knowledgeable and great.

The staff was excellent in helping us decide what bikes best fit our needs. Then they were totally understanding that we didn’t buy a bike there because the supply chain problems would cause us to wait for months to get the bike we wanted. When we do find bikes to fit our needs we will come to this store for our service and other needs.
