Changing a tire:
Service was quick. Rep helped me taking the bike in and out of my car.
We’ve been into trek off and on over the course of 4 years to buy a bike. Life events got in the way but we finally managed to purchase. Each time, the staff were incredibly patient with us, knowledgeable, and never pressured us to make a decision quickly. We are thrilled with our bikes and to enjoying biking together as a family.
Malcolm did a great job explaining and showing me the different bikes. They were very quick to assemble the bike. AWESOME bike!

I chose the Downers Grove Trek shop because of the interaction. Only further feedback I can give is that I wish I had knew what they had to fix on his bike for future reference.
